Garden Project Information

What is the Garden Project?
A therapeutic gardening project for people who are experiencing or recovering from the effects of mental illness, alsohol and substance misuse, or who are felling isolated in their community.
Where is the garden?
Near the secondary school in Botwnnog. The number 17 bus runs between Pwllheli and Botwnnog, and minibus transport is organised between the Centre in Pwllheli and the garden for participants in the project. The office for the project is in Pwllheli.
What do we grow?
We will be growing a wide range of fruit, vegetables, flowers and herbs.
What else is happening
We will be organising other events to do with gardening from time to time, e.g. visits to other gardens, training days, talks and workshops.
The garden project activities are decided by those who take part, so we are very open to any suggestions you may have.
How can I join the Project?
Everyone is welcome to join, but we ask that you contact us beforehand.
