We have an open door service (no referrals necessary) from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm, Monday to Friday, and you can drop in at any time during these hours.
Our phone line is open from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm if it is more convenient for you to telephone us for information or someone to listen.
Our service is completely confidential and we will not share any information that is given to us in trust with any other person inside or outside the Centre unless we receive the permission of the person who has confided in us.

The service includes :

Written and verbal information on various matters concerning mental health, alcohol or drugs.
- Support with various issues e.g. homelessness, filling forms, contacting care agencies, etc.
- Opportunity to socialise through Clwb Hamddena and Clwb y Pentan, as well as various other activities
- Therapeutic activities e.g. relaxation sessions, gardening, craft work, art, etc.
- Opportunities for personal development e.g. basic life skills, basic numeracy and literacy skills, improving self confidence courses, Welsh classes, etc.
- Social support for people who want to develop and maintain a more fulfilling social life.
