Step by Step Project - Aims and Objectives
- Develop an outreach information and support service in villages on Pen Llyn
- Reduce / prevent social isolation by providing support to individuals to enable them to take part in social and leisure activities within their community.
- Support people who are experiencing difficulties related to housing issues.
- Develop a befriending service for individuals who are socially isolated due to their mental health difficulties.
Leisure Pursuits group (Clwb Hamddena)
The group meets monthly to discuss and plan a programme of activities for the coming month – everyone is welcome to attend the meetings, or take part in any of the planned activities. Free membership. Next meeting will be on Thursday 9th March at 1.30 pm at Canolfan Felin Fach Centre. See Calendar for forthcoming activities. Please contact us for more details.
