Canolfan Felin Fach Centre aims to ensure that every person or group that uses its services are treated fairly and consistently, and that the Centre is as welcoming as possible for all our service users.

We believe in promoting positive mental health by : Providing activities that meet our service users’ needs Actively encouraging, supporting and enabling individuals to offer opinions, make suggestions and be involved with planning activities Offering training and personal development activities to enable individuals to expand their skills and enhance their abilities Providing relevant information that will enable the individual to make informed choices Empowering people to make their own decisions and choices in terms of the activities and services they access Encouraging community participation by offering opportunities in volunteering Aiming to reduce stigma by advancing the education of the public through publicity and information drives Working with a network of other voluntary and statutory agencies and groups in order to achieve the best possible standard of service for the benefit of individuals who need support
